Rental agreement
Every booking is confirmed with a signed rental agreement at handover. The quoted daily rate covers the vehicle, standard mileage and comprehensive insurance with a deductible. Fuel, tolls and fines remain the renter’s responsibility.
Driver requirements
Drivers must be 25 or older for most of the fleet, hold a valid licence for at least two years, and present a credit card in their own name. International licences are accepted with a passport.
Deposits and payment
A refundable security hold is placed on the driver’s card at pickup and released within 3 to 5 business days of return, subject to the vehicle’s condition. Rentals are charged in full at confirmation.
Cancellations
Cancel free of charge up to 72 hours before your rental begins. Inside 72 hours, one day’s rate is retained. No-shows are charged in full.
Vehicle care and liability
Vehicles must not be smoked in, taken off public roads or used in competition. The renter is liable for the insurance deductible and any damage outside the policy’s cover.
